The high strength, low-alloy tube is mandrel-formed to maintain maximum strength, and was expressly chosen to provide extraordinary durability. Furniture frame components are bent by high power hydraulic equipment, combined with good, old-fashioned handcrafting. Furniture with mesh or woven backs or seats, features galvanized channels encapsulating the mesh to ensure superior rust protection.
